Arhaus at UTC, La Jolla, is a great place to buy furniture, especially if you work with Ms. Kim Stead. We have bought furniture there three times now, with her guidance, over the past few years. As time goes by, we continue to totally like what we bought. Kim will take a lot of time to consult with you on color, size, style. She has a background in interior design, and knows what goes well together. She is creative, enjoyable and patient while you work thru your decisions. We would be delighted to work with her again. Also, Arhaus has a lot of options for furniture, plus rugs and wall paper (!), to complement some of the furniture we bought. The store was reliable in terms of delivery, etc. No problems there.

It was an excellent experience from the start. Michelle was incredibly responsive and is the definition of the word “customer service”. Add Kat to the mix and you have a personal and talented design team that is not only professional but fun and great to work with. The Carlsbad location is lovely and my experience was a 10 overall!

I had the pleasure of working with Michelle at the Carlsbad Arhaus location. I was looking for a design consultant to help me select the perfect dining set for my condo. Not only did she help me select the perfect set that I’m so thrilled about, but additionally (throughout the entire process) she was so attentive, enthusiastic, and responsive! I loved working with her and appreciated her design perspective! I def recommend her to anyone looking to design & build out their home

We remodeled our house and looked at several places. Arhaus was our favorite by far. The quality and look of their furniture is a stand out. We bought several pieces from them and are beyond happy. Yvette was great to work with and helped us with our decisions.

We love the Arhaus Carlsbad location! Yvette was so helpful when we were deciding on a sideboard cabinet for our home which we purchased along with some additional home decor items. Her knowledge really helped us with our decision, making for a great shopping experience! In addition, the delivery service was excellent. We plan on future purchases at this location!

We visited the beautiful Arhaus showroom in Carlsbad and were fortunate enough to meet Monica. She patiently walked the store with us, helping us find pieces that were perfect for our home. She is a great listener & has great design ideas. When we purchased a floor model, she went above and beyond. On the day we picked it up, she met us in the parking lot with the item already on a dolly, ready to go! Monica is kind, thoughtful, and incredibly easy to work with. Thank you so much, Monica, for making the experience so enjoyable! We will be back to work with you.

Ordered a table and set of 8 chairs and a chandelier to go with it. The delivery took longer than quoted and then the table came it had a crack right down the middle so we had to wait even longer. That said they got us a new table and the furniture is very nice and was worth the wait. Delivery team was awesome, driver found the crack on the first table, I didn’t even notice it.
